Ongoing process engineering consultancy for the Mayo Abo FPSO off West Africa — topside process reviews, Hysys simulation validation, and technical support for proposed facility modifications, with rapid turnaround to meet operational schedules.
Carbon-Neutral Hydrogen Production Facility
Basic engineering and cost estimation for a carbon-neutral hydrogen production plant incorporating post-combustion CCS. Process design basis developed from first principles, including H&MB, equipment specifications, and a Class 4 cost estimate for project sanctioning.
MOPU Topsides — TEG Gas Dehydration Package
Conceptual engineering and cost estimation for a TEG gas dehydration unit on MOPU topsides. Hysys simulation determined glycol circulation rate, contactor sizing, and regenerator thermal duty — establishing the validated process basis for detailed design.
MOPU Topsides Engineering — Offshore Thailand
Full FEED and basic engineering for a Mobile Offshore Production Unit in the Gulf of Thailand — from process concept to a complete FEED package. Deliverables: process design basis, H&MB, developed P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and preliminary cost estimate.
Glycol Gas Dehydration Skid — Tender Support
Tender engineering for a skid-mounted glycol gas dehydration unit — Hysys simulation, full equipment sizing, and package datasheet preparation. Delivered within tight tender deadlines to support the client's commercial bid for an upstream gas conditioning contract.
Well Test Vessel — Tender Support
Process engineering tender support for an offshore well test vessel — simulation of test separator and gas flaring system, equipment sizing to API 12J. Deliverables enabled the client to submit a technically compliant commercial proposal within the tender window.
Filter Scrubber Skid — Tender Support
Tender engineering for a two-phase filter scrubber skid for upstream gas inlet conditioning. Vessel sizing to GPSA methodology, equipment datasheets, and process design basis issued to support the client's procurement package within the tender schedule.
Compact Flotation Unit — 15,000 BPD
Full engineering, procurement, and commissioning management for a 15,000 BPD CFU treating produced water for Mubadala Petroleum. FEEC led detailed engineering, managed the supply chain, and supervised installation and commissioning through to first-water production.
Modular Gas Processing Facility — Assam, India
Detailed engineering and full project management for a modular gas processing facility for HOEC in Assam — inlet gas reception, multiphase separation, compression, condensate stabilisation, and custody metering. FEEC led from IFC design through commissioning and operational handover.
3-Phase Production Separator — Design & Simulation
Process design and Hysys performance simulation of a three-phase production separator — vessel sizing, internals specification (inlet devices, weir heights, boot sizing), nozzle schedule, and detailed 3D model enabling the client to proceed directly to equipment procurement.
HP Separator Blowdown — Dynamic Simulation
Dynamic HYSYS simulation of an HP separator blowdown system for depressurisation rate assessment and minimum metal temperature prediction. Calculation report confirmed API 521 compliance and formed a core part of the project's formal safety case documentation.
Seawater Injection Module (SWIM) — 6,000 BPD
Detailed engineering, procurement, and commissioning for a 6,000 BPD seawater injection module — filtration, vacuum deaeration, chemical injection, and high-pressure injection pumping. FEEC managed the full project lifecycle through to successful subsea injection commissioning.
Flare Radiation Study — Mozambique
Flare radiation and dispersion analysis for an onshore facility in Mozambique to API 521 methodology — determining exclusion zones, validating flare tip height, and confirming regulatory compliance. Issued as a standalone engineering report forming part of the formal safety case.
Seawater Injection Module — Conceptual Engineering
Conceptual engineering and deaerator sizing for an offshore seawater injection module. Technology selection, sizing calculations, preliminary equipment specifications, and full proposal support — giving the client a validated process basis from which to proceed to FEED.
